New Versa will not pair with Motorola Droid Turbo. We tried everything. Was on the phone with support who said it’s not compatible. Online it’s listed as compatible. Is it compatible or not?

Droid Turbo IS listed as a Supported Device. Yours isnt a newer model is it? Like a turbo 2 or similar as that wouldnt be supported.

@JennRD Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you can't sync your Versa with your Droid Turbo phone. Which OS version is your phone running? As @NellyG mentioned the phone is listed as compatible but you need at least Android 5 to run the basic features for the app. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello and thanks for the response.

We had already tried everything you listed except:

Going into settings and Fitbit permissions worked but it paired only momentarily and we lost it. Any ideas on how to keep it paired? Hoping you have one more tip to help us out!

Also when he gets a new Droid, which new models will pair easily with the Versa?

thanks again
