The past couple of days my versa hasn’t been picking up my steps properly. The heart rate comes and goes and I have reset it twice. Before I demand a new one as it’s less than a year old does anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, chnage it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. The problem will be solved then.

No it’s a Fitbit face but I’ve changed my clock face to my old Fitbit one tosee if it works. I’ve also uninstalled it from the app and set it back up to see if it helped. When I did that one of the tips was wear it slightly looser and I don’t think I have been so I’m wondering if it’s that. So off on a walk to see if it works 🙂

Same here and I have a Fitbit clock face. Mine is also not keeping a charge for more than 10 hours, not syncing my activity, not syncing to challenges I am in and not showing my heart rate. Customer service has not been helpful. As a long time Fitbit user I’m beyond angry.

Hi, try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if that solves your problem(s). Good luck!!
