Versa not properly tracking my exercise

I checked my exercise for the last 2 days and it’s not appropriately tracking my exercise. Today it showed I ran at a location I wasn’t even at or near. It’s almost like it’s syncing someone else’s workouts! What is wrong?

It's weird to hear that your Versa is registering an activity that you are not doing. If you haven't restarted your watch, I recommend doing it by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, can you provide me with some screenshots of this information by following the instructions in this post? Keep in mind that if this isn't your info, you can always delete it.
