My versa has recently been very glitchy. I wanted to delete an alarm that was some how set. When I went to delete the alarm it was randomly trying to pick a new time for the alarm as well as the box for the smart awake option was checking and unchecking itself at a rapid pace as well. Other apps on my fitbit would randomly open and close and I had hard time closing them as well. Once it was back on the main screen, it rapidly scrolled through my heart rate, steps and calories burned icons. Any suggestions/help appreciated. So I noticed that the latest update that my Versa is running is 3.27 and reading other posts there has been other updates rolled out. I had also got a message stating that I needed to connect my fitbit to bluetooth when everything was all connected?? Fitbit screen is locking up to the point where I can’t go back to the “home” screen to see what time it is and it is rapidly bouncing/shaking.
thanks

So I had to shut down my fitbit as the first suggestion didn’t work. Also random apps would just open up and could not get them to close. Now that I have shutdown my fitbit. I cannot get it to restart.
I use it for everything. I need this fixed

update fitbit eventually turned on. It did not fix my issues with it. Since it coming back on it is not detecting my heart rate.
