Versa not receiving any notifications

I recently did the update on my versa and now I  am not getting any notifications or calls on my versa. I have done a shutdown and restarted and also have reset the notifications within the app. Any advice on what else I can do??

Since notifications are sent from the phone, it would be helpful to know more about the phone in question.

@Studer927 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned previously.

I have a note 9. I have deleted the app from my phone and removed the pairing. Reinstalled the app and repaired my versa. I also have turned off all of the set notifications and and turned them back on. I am still not recieving and notifications and calls on my versa. I think I may have accidentallyturn off the notificationson my verse but I cannot find the notifications tab within the versa. Is that somethingthat was removed with the update?? I'm not sure what else I can do. What am I missing

For the notification settings, hold on the left button to get to the quick settings, you may have to swipe left if you see the pin screen. 

 

If you managed to pair the Versa to the phone through the phones Bluetooth screen, you will need to tell the phones. Lie tooth to forget the versa. The pair must be done by the fitbit app. 

Have you tried setting up the Versa as a replacement device? This should prompt the app to gain all the needed permissions. 

Another step that has worked for me is to go into the versa settings, notifications, then tap the 3 dots in the top right. Now tap disable, let's now tap enable and the app should request permissions that the user needs to agree to.

I have done all that you've suggested and now I only receive calls and no notifications. I really dont know what else to do.
