My Versa is no longer receiving text, whatsapp & iMessage notifications. I've had my versa since October and for about the first month it worked then all of a sudden it stopped. If a call comes through my Versa detects that, but not text and messages. I've tried 'forgetting' bluetooth device, restoring my Versa, removing the app from my phone and reinstalling but nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions? Is it something to do with the latest iOS update on my iPhone? HELP!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the ones that haven't been performed.
