Hi , 

 

Can someone help me with the notifications configuration on my Oneplus 7t . I have a versa and i have tried all possible ways to make this work - have uninstalled the app several times too.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Do you not receive phone call and text notifications, or just one of them? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi @RicardoFitbit Only phone calls notifications are available. Rest all i.e. text, whatsapp, email nothing works.
