Versa not receiving notifications

 I got the new Android 8 (Oreo) update last week. Since then my phone will sync, but will not receive notifications or calls. I have unpaired Bluetooth, restarted both phone and Versa, and updated the Fitbit App.

 

Any other ideas?

Have you updated your app? My understanding is the latest version fixed this.

@Chelle0576 have you tried something silly like turning off the notifications in the app, syncing, then turning them back on and syncing again? Also, double check the notifications on the tracker itself are on (long press the left button to access the menu).

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
