Versa not receiving notifications

I purchased my Versa yesterday and fully charged/installed it. I have an iPhone XR. I have all my notifications turned ON- on both my phone and watch and still nothing. I also tried un pairing and starting everything over.....still nothing.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. Let me help you with this. 

 

I would like you to confirm that you're following this procedure to set notifications in your iPhone XR. If you are but you're still not receiving them, please try force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Versa, refresh notifications and set them up again. Find the instructions here

 

You said that you tried unpaired it but I would like you to follow all the procedure mentioned above and then set them up again.

I have a Samsung S8 and my versa stopped receiving notifications 2 days ago, tried everything.

Can you let me know which mobile phone are you using? In the meantime, I know you probably tried this already but confirm you followed the steps on this article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Hi Silvia - I have gone through each of the steps, I am receiving the notifications but the FitBit does not vibrate when they come in.

Thanks for getting back @Denny1908. It's pretty weird that your watch isn't vibrating when you're receiving notifications. 

 

I would like you to perform the tips mentioned in this article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?. Please let me know if your Ionic is vibrating to let you know you've reached your daily goal.

Good morning - I have a Versa, yes, it vibrates for Fitbit notifications only.  I have followed all the tips you have sent - what happens if I factory reset it?

Hey @Denny1908. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

I would like to clarify what you've shared. Is your Fitbit Versa receiving notifications and vibrating when you receive them? Is it vibrating for alarms? 

 

You can try performing a factory reset but keep in mind that all your data will be erased, check this article

Thank you, I already did the factory reset, did not lose data, fixed the problem.
