My fitbit Versa has stopped receiving notifications for phone or text. I have tried the fixes posted on here but no luck so far. Any suggestions?

@W.M.C. welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped receiving text/call notifications.
In addition to the information that requested @SunsetRunner, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to avoid providing the same info on my end.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I tried the steps in the help articles and even uninstalled and installed fitbit on my phone. However my Versa still does not receive notifications.
