Hi!
After a lot of time spent researching on reddit, help forums on Fitbit, and a thorough chat with a representative from Fitbit, I learned that one plus 7 pro push notifications are not going to work.
I am not sure if the engineering team is aware of this issue. If yes, can someone please provide me a ticket link or a forum thread reference to keep track of it? If not, any suggestions on how to voice this concern?
Any help is appreciated! On a side note, I had a one plus 5t and the push notifications to my Fitbit Versa used to work like a charm.
Cheers!

Hi, the problem you encounter is caused by the fact that your Phone is not, yet, present in the supported list by Fitbit Devices. Nevertheless, I will bring your problem under the atttention of the Moderator Team. Maybe someone of them knows a workaround and, then, will contact you in a short while. So keep your eyes open to your post. Already done it!!. Regards kuzibri

Hi @__rrk the current list of support devices is here - click to go there
The best place to voice a concern is in the Feature Suggestion forum area - click - but do a search to see if anyone else has posted it.

Hello guys, I hope you are doing fine.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your tracker and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. If you want to check if your phone is compatible, I recommend checking the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
When a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions in the article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Thanks Alejandra! I’ve already tried all the below and had no luck getting it working.
Furthermore I wasn’t sure if I had to add this as a suggestion. But then the only one plus device being supported is op6 I went ahead and added a new suggestion (as I couldn’t find an already existing one 🙂 ).
If anyone’s interested, the feature suggestion is available here - https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Support-oneplus-7-pro-as-a-compatible-device-for...

Hi @__rrk - I appreciate you posting the link. This is truly the best way to make your point and allow others to vote on it. This is where Fitbit gages interest in a suggestion.

Hi, I am having trouble connecting Fitbit Charge 4 and Oneplus 7T? Looks like this is a common issue. Can someone within the community help me here on this issue?
Android version on my phone: 10
Build Number: Oxygen OS 10.3.4.HD65AA

I’m sorry, @vikrammano24 but your Oneplus 7T is not on the list of supported devices. As @__rrk learned on a Fitbit Help chat, this often means that notifications will not come thru. The best way to track any changes to the list is to regularly go to this link and refresh it. Fitbit does not provide a schedule of which phones are tested or when.

I went through the same thing. I was on the phone with tech support twice. They had me go through the setup again and when that didn't work, I was told my Moto G6 was not on the list of compatible phones. It was someone on this forum that told me I needed to do a factory reset. That's what fixed it! It loaded all the updates. I now receive my text notifications and I am able to download the spo2 clock. You may have to forget the Versa 2 in your phone's bluetooth settings and then set it up a gain.
