Versa's screen turned green

My screen turned green for no reason last week. It was working fine from January, when I bought it until now but the screen randomly switched to green lines down the face of it. It stayed on when I selected all the other buttons on the watch. I even tried to reset it twice, but nothing happened. Green screen came up again. I took a videoand screen shots of it but so odd. Terrible that this would happen to such an expensive watch.what can I do? A replacement is definitely needed!

@SFee welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the green screen issue that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email. Please check out your email so they can proceed accordingly.

 I have been on the chat all day and support staff shut down the chat when they are shocked to hear that restarting the Sense/app doesn't work. Is there anyone who knows anything beyond instructions to restart?
