Versa 2 won't pair or sync

I have not used my Versa for about 2 months, I charged it and the time etc updated with no issues. I have tried to sync it this morning and on my versa screen, it was showing as no devices shown, so I tried to connect device on app and it did not work. I then ‘forget this device’ on my fit bit app. I still cannot pair my versa through my app. I have tried all troubleshooting options. I think the fit bit itself probably isn’t running on the latest version and now need to update, but unsure how to do this without being able to pair it with the app. Is there any way of updating the versa without the app?? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Your watch needs to be paired to your Fitbit account in order to update it. Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
