Versa not receiving notifications

My Versa used to let me know when I had an new email, phone call, play music or had reached my step goals. Then all of these things suddenly stopped.

Anyone know why and how I fix this?

Hi @LaurieB. , which phone are you using? If you use and iPhone with iOS13, then read the warning on top of the Customer Support site. Regards kuzibri

Please include more info on the type of phone when asking about a phone related problem.

I don't exactly know. When I power it up, it says Google on the screen.
