Versa not receiving notifications.

Using Fitbit Versa with Huawei P30 which done a software update on Thursday. Having problems with getting SMS, social media and call notifications and when in the notifications menu on my fitbit app it's telling me 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.' have done the restart many times on both phone and fitbit, also uninstalled watch from account and fitbit app from my phone with no luck. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Hi.

I also have a P30 and Versa and have been having notification issues for 2 weeks or so.

Tried all the various tips and tricks but never had consistency. (Today I'm getting all notifications to my Versa and I'm not 100% sure why)

 

However, please check your battery settings (yes I know!)

Settings/Battery/App launch

 

Look for Fitbit and try this...

 

Enable the toggle switch to manage manually.

Then ensure that auto launch, secondary launch and run in background are set to on ( they go blue)

 

You may have to restart your phone after this.

Oh wow! Thank you very much, I did contact fitbit this morning but as usual they weren't much help. Working now which is great
