Versa not receiving notifications

I am not receiving any notifications on my versa, except for reminders to move.

Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.

Hi, since the last update (about a week or so ago) my Fitbit isn't slowing me the notifications of calls or text messages, etc. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the Versa. I have an android not an iPhone.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it receives notifications properly.
