The notifications on my fitbit do not work. It worked yesterday and this morning. I get this :
Notification service is not active. Restart your phone to turn notifications back on for your tracker.
I did that and it didn't work.
I got Bluetooth connection
My phone is compatible
I restarted phone and fitbit
If I send a test message from my app, it works.
synchronization works
What can I do?

Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums and the screenshot showing the error message.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email requesting some information. Please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
