Versa not receiving text messages

I have a iPhone 10x max and received the versa 2 for a Christmas gift this past year (2019). No matter what I have tried and changed settings/notification wise; I can not seem to get my text messages to come through on my watch. I primarily just receive calls and Fitbit notifications but nothing else. I don’t know how to make my text messages come through.  I have updated my phone and watch to the newest versions and still nothing has changed. Please help.

Hi @Brunobear, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't receive text notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
