Versa not receiving text notifications

Since doing the latest software update I have been unable to receive message notifications on my fitbit. I have followed all of the online guidance but still not working.

I've tried disconnecting versa from my phone and reconnecting, syncing while turning off and on, bluetooth off and on. I've also tried restarting my phone. This has only occured since the recent software update Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I'm having the same problem! Versa lite & galaxy. Iv turned off and on everything. Iv messed with bluetooth. Syncing. Disconnected the entire fitbit from the app and still nothing!

I'm having the same issue. Iv restarted and redone everything ....I'm getting calls but not text messages alerts. Please help.

No I am still no further forward. Unfortunately the solution has not worked I am still not receiving text notifications on my device
