Text Message Notification (iOS 13)

I have iPhone 7 and iOS13. I just updated it to this new iOS yesterday, and that's when I stopped receiving notifications for text messages. However, I can still receive notifications for calls and all the other apps I've turned on notifications for (ie messenger, Outlook, etc.). Just no text messages. 

 

I've tried reinstalling the app, resyncing my fitbit, and toggling the option to allow notifications for text messages. 

 

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

This is a known bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and recommendations:
