VERSA 2 third party apps - no data transfer

I am not able to use the world clock app (download of time zones is not possible) and the todo list Dinosaurier Entertainment (items do not transfer) and Noted (items do not transfer).  The Weather app works fine.

 

Is there any issue with the 3rd party SDK?

I did a hard reset and now everything works fine.
Sometimes it takes some time to transfer data between Smartphone - Versa2

World clock works well with Versa 1 at this moment, so I think it might be related to the firmware of Versa 2 instead of the SDK of 3rd party.
