Notifications

Hi there!

i have had my versa since December and there’s been no dramas at all! For the last two days it will not receive text message notifications. My watch does still receive pho very call notifications, and social media notifications. I hope someone can help me, I have tried turning it off and on, disconnecting it, all notifications are turned on, on my phone and watch.

Could it be that you have an iPhone and have just upgraded to iOS 13? If so, keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations for this known bug:

Thankyou, I have just updated to this software so I’m assuming that is why. I will keep my eye out for hopefully the fix to this problem.
