My versa, within the last few weeks, stopped getting notifications for texts or emails. I'm still getting call and Facebook messenger notifications, but that's it. I've been through every trouble shooting article I can find and can't figure it out. Using Android.

@Hebrookshire453 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving text notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the workaround that is listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

As a side note, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
