Versa not receiving text notifications

I bought the Versa version only 3 days ago (peach/rose gold) and I have been trying to get text notifications from it since I set it up. Just to be clear I have an iPhone 7, iOS 12. I am receiving phone calls but not texts. I have deleted the Versa from the app several times, deleted the app, turned off and on my phone and the same with the Versa. Still nothing. Can someone help!!!!!

Hi @Penelopepeacok Have a read of the bright pink banner at the top of all the forum pages. That sounds like the known issue.

Yes, for iOS 13. I clearly stated that I was running iOS 12 on my iPhone. Thanks though
