ongoing issue not receiving text   or emails   took 3 months to fix with IT in the past   now has happened again !!!!!   using the android operating system  extremely frustrating

thank you this issue has been going on for 6 months. 3 months to fix. it was an app issue. they sent a replacement. it still did not work.  ten one day it was fixed for about 2 months now stopped again.Not a good product I have been a member for 4 years.  and the past 6 months have been frustrating. have a good day!!
