At the start of the week the sensor at the back stopped working so I restarted the watch and this seemed to work.
For the last few weeks the watch has been needing a lot of charging but I have also been jogging and exercising more so put it down to that.
Late yesterday afternoon the watch went from 30% to dead within half an hour so charged it. Was fully charged when I went to bed. Woke up this morning, watch is dead, no lights on the back, tried everything on the website - cleaning, leaving to charge, different outlets etc. It won't even factory reset.
Was a year old in at Christmas! Help!!!

Hi @katie2190
Try doing a Factory reset as shown nelow if you havent already tried.. If that doesnt help you will need to contact Customer Support
VERSA FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

Thank you for the response.
I tried that yesterday and nothing happened so I just left it to charge for a while in case it just needed a really good charge. Still nothing.
I have tried again this morning and the screen lights up but no logo appears it switches from a black screen to a slight lit black screen. There is some vibration but nothing else.
Very frustrating!
Thanks again,
