My fitbit versa lite is not responding it can't connect with my phone

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. For a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, can you please let me know in which way is it not responding? Do you mean that your Fitbit won't turn on or the touchscreen is not responding? If this is the case, this is the reason why you can't connect it with your phone. However. if your device is in fact responding but not connecting, meaning that it's charged and the display is on, can you please share with me more details? Which phone are you using? Is the device paired but you can't sync it or it's still not paired with your account?
