My Versa shut off last night after midnight. It was at 74% battery. Customer support is sending me a new charger in 3 days to see if that fixes the problem. I am very disappointed in the customer service!

Lots of dead Versa stories cropping up, see dead versa screen, versa won't turn on.
Time for tech support to step up,
