About three weeks ago I noticed that all my stats on my Versa indicated zero even though on my phone app it shoved calories, steps etc. The only thing that was working was my pules. I took off the Versa and I think there was one green light flashing. Then this stopped and the watch seemed dead. I rebooted it and nothing, then I tried to reboot using the buttons and again nothing. I have tried it many times since it stopped and only once did it vibrate and still did nothing. I reinstalled the app because one of the troubleshooting guides told me to. I didn't think it would do anything and I was right. Is my watch dead and I need a new one or is there some sort of secret reboot.

Mine just died yesterday too. The screen went blank. Only I can't do a reset because I can't get the screen on. It won't charge, not is it being recognized on my app. I've tried every reset I can find. It's less than three months old. Very frustrating.

Mine did same, contacted customer service and they sent me a new one.

FYI - I just did a live chat and they suggested I use an alcohol wipe to clean the back of my Fitbit. After that, set it back into the charger. It now works! Maybe try giving that a shot. I never would have thought to do that. Hope it helps you too!
