Versa not responding

My versa’s battery was low, I put it on the charging cradle and the face showed “0%” charged, then went black.  It has not responded to being charged for several hours, or holding the back button down or holding all three buttons down. I’ve only had it since February and I’ve never had any problems with it.  What else can I do?
