Having been told over a month ago that this problem would be resolved soon, it still is not!!

Anyone else struggling with Versa not sending runs to Strava? It’s the main reason I bought the thing! I’ll be getting my money back if not sorted soon! 😡

Mine sends over every time.  I can see my runs tracked with my Versa (using the Exercise app) in the Strava app on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0 and Fitbit app 2.76.  Are your accounts linked?

Please Note that the Strava app on your Versa will only display runs that were tracked using the Strava app on your phone.  It's a read-only app.  Runs tracked by Versa and forwarded to Strava do not then also transfer to the Strava app on your Versa.  Make sense?

Thanks for the reply - I’m on an Iphone SE, with iOS 11.4.1 and Fitbit app 2.76.

Definitely linked with Strava (verified in the Strava app). Tried unpairing and pairing again but nothing.

At the moment I’m having to run Strava and Fitbit exercise app at the same time to get the run onto Strava.

Yeah I have been specifically checking the Strava app on my phone as I know they won’t appear on the watch.

I’m having to do the same thing. My runs have always transferred over until yesterday. Now they won’t show up unless I run the Strava app on my phone and the fitbit exercise app. Oh and my fitbit has stopped connecting to my phone. If you find a solution please pass it along.

I have had times when the Fitbit stopped connecting to my phone, but switching my phone off and on again resolved that.

Disconnected and reconnected to Strava again today, tried just using the exercise app, still no upload, even though my Strava app says it is linked. So frustrating!

Hi Beth19,

Just to let you know I seem to have resolved this for now. I followed some other advice where I logged into Fitbit on my desktop, downloaded the gps file manually for one of my runs, then uploaded manually to Strava. This seems to have kick-started the link into life and my last couple of runs have automatically synced. Might be worth a try...
