They say the versa is working I've been talking to them and talking to them and they say that they are still having problems I am getting very irritated because I want to start using mine I'm working with it so the problem is not completely fix so I don't know why it saying it is

Hi there, I ’ve just been to your experience, and the interaction with the help desk was equally frustrating. The watch doesn't come with the initial software, and I was trying to set up the versa with my none GPS enabled tablet. I switched to a cellphone, and it took ages, like 48 hours to install the software, then I tried to sync the Versa, and could not. Then it hit me! I removed the device from my account, and added again. It was an ”It’s alive moment!” No problem since then.
I simpatice with your position. The help service is no help, not function. However, there is light and fun at the end of the tunnel.
