My Versa isn't showing my bpm, hasn't for a few days now. Green light is on and shows it in the app, but not on the actual Versa.

Hi @Lucifer_Junior That is a bit weird. Id suggest you try restarting your Versa a few times. Please come back if you continue to have problems

@Lucifer_Junior Welcome to our Fitbit Community! As my friend @NellyG mentioned, it's not normal that your heart rate or bpm is shown on your Fitbit app and not on your Versa itself.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your bpm appeared again after restarting your Versa as advised @NellyG.
As a side note, if the issue persists, try turning of your Versa by pressing the button on the left, swipe to the left until you find the "Settings" icon and tap on it. After this, swipe down and look for the option that says "About" and tap on it. Finally, swipe down and tap on "Shutdown". Once you've done this, press the button until your Versa turns on and see if your bpm appears again.

Also not reporting BPM on my Versa but took your suggestion + steps to reset and problem solved. Thank you!
