Hi, @Vinuta , it sounds like you have the original Versa if you have a left button and two right buttons?

I would suggest in the first place cleaning your charger contacts using alcohol and a soft brush or cloth.  Clean the contacts on both the Fitbit and the charging box.

When they are nice and clean, plug the Versa in to charge as normal, preferably using a wall charger - your original cell phone charger plug, or any UL/CE plug should be find.  Please do check them with another device to make sure the problem is not with the charger!

Next give your Fitbit a couple of hours charge, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  Once you are sure it has had a couple of hours on a wall charger using a known to be working plug, try the restart procedure again:

Press and hold the LEFT button and the BOTTOM right button (not both right buttons) for at least 10 seconds.  Hopefully after 10 seconds or more you will see the Fitbit logo, release the buttons, and your Versa will come back to life.

Let us know how it goes!

Good luck and welcome to the forums.
