Run time is different between my Versa 2 and Fitbit app

Logging my runs on versa 2 but on app the time is so much longer?

To try to resolve, please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your Versa 2 and reboot your cellphone

- Log back into the app

 

If you continue having the same problem, please try setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
