I have had my versa for seven months and up until a month ago, I have had zero issues with it staying connected to my phone. Now, it is never connected therefore, I never receive my calls/texts or other notifications. I have a google pixel XL. I have restarted my Bluetooth, I have deleted the Fitbit app and resigned in, restarted the versa. It will connect, but within an hour or so, its no longer connected and I have to go back and forget it out of my Bluetooth settings and search for it again. I am not sure why I all of sudden am having this issue. What else can I do?

I have Versa and recently started getting into connectivity issues. It is off and on but since last couple of days I noticed my time is lagging. I started troubleshooting and found one article (as last resort) to remove Versa and reregister it . I did it and now my fitbit app is not even recognizing the Versa . Any suggestions ?

Had my Versa for little over a year now and I have the very same problem. I will have to reboot my phone and then notifications work for about 30-60min and then my Versa loses connection and I will have to reboot my phone if I want it to be able to receive notifications again. VERY frustrating!!

Yes, same issue. Had my Versa since January. since the iOS app update last week it has stopped syncing. I've spent ages re installing, re booting and even re-pairing the Versa - all ending up in frustration as the syncing drops again within a hour or so. Worst of all, overnight the clock loses 25 mins or more - so the alarm goes off late! For a device that is supposed to be able to store 7 days of activity data, surely it should be able to keep time for the same length of time?
Come on fitbit get this issue sorted, it is happening again and again as evidenced in the forum.
I've emailed customer support this time, lets see what happens!

I am having this problem also. I've used my versa with my phone with no problem for almost a year. Now it won't stay connected. I can get it to reconnect briefly by going through what seems like a random sequence of stopping bluetooth, restarting, rebooting my phone, turning the versa on and off, etc. But then it just loses the connection again. Beyond frustrating!

ColaradoKathy, that mirrors my experience precisely. It can take hours of random action and then suddenly it connects only to lose the connection again. Overnight it disconnected and lost 28 minutes. This morning it reconnected without me doing anything, stayed connected for 4 hours and has now not connected for the past four hours during which the watch function has lost 6 minutes!
it is just not acceptable FitBit!
