I’m trying to add my versa to the Fitbit app but it’s just not loading..... tried turning the versa off and back on again....tried turning blue tooth off and on again as well as versa off/on.... tried doing all of the above as well as turning off my internet and starting it back up
even tried deleting my charge 2 ( which loaded straight back on again)
Basically it’s starts the start up I get a big green tick showing on the versa screen and the app asks for the code from the versa screen when I enter that code it just sits there saying connecting to Fitbit..... have left it like that for over 40 mins several times but then it says it has timed out??
Oh and if I was any closer to my router I would be sitting on it

@Haze34 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Versa and your phone.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to connect your Versa.
In the meantime, make sure that you are selecting the correct Versa version (Versa or Versa Lite). I experienced the same. During the setup process of my Versa Lite, I didn't realize that I was choosing the Versa instead during the setup process.

i actually called customer service and after several attempts we couldn’t get it to sync
strangly it was showing it was synced on his end but not on mine
i was just about to repackage it up and send it back as the guy on the phone asked me too when I decided to delete the fit bit app off my phone and reinstall it and give it one last try and that did the trick it synced straight away so it’s up and running now
