I woke up this morning and my versa was off, I charged it yesterday so I know the battery isn’t dead but I charged it all day anyway. It will not turn on. I tried resetting it and updating through the app, still nothing.

Hi, did you complete the entrire restarting procedure, e.g. restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holdin the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before.
