Okay so basically I got this fitbit Versa on Friday. It will only sync to my phone (LG V30) once in awhile. When it does my stats go to a different day. I attempted to change the clock face and it still hasn't worked. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Sometimes that works BUT its a pain to do that everytime. Is anyone else having troubles with this watch not syncing properly? My charge 2 never had an issue like this. I deleted my charge 3 from my account so they both wouldnt sync. Ive also done the reset via bluetooth. Still no better luck. Is this an app issue or do I need to return this watch?? - Amber

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains some of the steps that you already tried but you can skip them since you already tried them. Make sure that your LG V30 is in the compatible devices list.
