All of a sudden my Versa disconnected from my iPad and now will not connect; it will connect to my iPhone. I’ve tried turning my iPad off then back on... still no connection. What do I need to do?

In not sure what the problem ie, does the Versa sync through both devices? Is it notifications that your having, or something else? Is your Versa setup to your account?
Drop you get any error?
If your phone is nearby and it's bluetooth is on. are you sure rye Versa is not still connected to the phone?

In addition to the information that shared @Rich_Laue, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Once you've done this, monitor your Versa and see if it syncs properly.

Thank you. I was ultimately able to get it to sync. It now syncs perfectly with both my iPad and iPhone.
