Versa not syncing activity correctly

Hello, 

 

My Versa is just over a year old and I have been experiencing issues with it not syncing correctly. I am in two work week challenges and they are off by 17k steps. Also, I had my app open at the gym this morning and used the elliptical for 45 minutes and I am not showing any active minutes nor did my calories change. I have an open ticket with Fitbit but the developers are of no help. I have removed the app and readded it, reset my Fitbit and restarted my phone. The only thing left is a factory reset but I am afraid of doing that and losing all of my steps this week. Any help is appreciated. Also, I use iOS.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa not syncing your activity correctly. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Regarding your concern, I would like to advise that after doing a factory reset, all apps installed and the data that has not been synced yet to your account will be deleted. Thank you for letting me know that you have been working with the Support team regarding this matter. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
