Following. I am having the same problem. After a HR sensor issue and the left button not working, my Versa is now cycling on and off on its own repetitively -- it is completely locked up in this cycle. I am not happy.

Hi @Fit.bit.gal If you can navigate to the settings app and scroll down to About and select Shut down, do that and then after it has shut down press any button to start it up again. If you cant do this or it doesnt help, please come back here

@Fit.bit.gal welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @NHolmes! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa watches since their screens are are glitching and the left button doesn't work.
I'd like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the advice that shared @NellyG. In addition, I would like to know if you have tried changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. There are third party clock faces that may not work properly.
Looking forward to your response!

Hey thanks for advice! However I searched how to shut down fit bit versa, and it says go onto setting shut down, then to TURN BACK ON use ‘back button’ which assuming is the left button, but on my watch my left button doesn’t work. How would I turn it back on if my back button doesn’t work? Would I get it back on?

Oh it says use back button? Well any of the buttons will turn it back on, so should not be a problem!
