I have only had my Versa for two weeks and I'm already wondering if it was the right decision!
I have spent almost three hours trying to get my Versa to reconnect to my IPhone post the update notification on the Versa. The in app connect showed it have found the Versa but it stuck at locating tracker.
I have been trawling the community forum looking for help & the only way I have been able to get it to pair is to reset the Versa by pressing all 3 buttons until the fitbit symbol appears. I then had to complete the setup from scratch.
I find it very frustrating that Fitbit.com cannot be connected easily for technical support and when issues like this occur that they do not post a solution..
I have had two of the charge hr fitbits, both of which developed faults and needed to be replaced.
I don't want to return it but do not feel confident that there won't be any more issues.

Well after all of this time & money spent on the Charge 3 that won’t work after the Apple update over a month ago and having for less than a year AND the Versa which stopped after 1 months use AND the fact that Fitbit still hasn’t fixed the issues and I’ve resorted to using my Charge 2 which has a cracked screen which was why I replaced it originally. I’m going to leave Fitbit and go else where. Customer service Stinks. I loved my Charge 2 but not enough to keep it with a cracked screen. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. 🙁

I have had a lot of trouble with my versa recently. every day I have to uninstall and reset to get texts, mags emails etc. I know how to do it now but doing this every day isnt hood enough

I'm having a similar issue - I recently bought a new iPhone 11 and now I cannot get my fitbit to connect. I've reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone, restarted my phone and restarted my fitbit multiple times. Any other suggestions? I'm about to throw the dang thing in the trashcan honestly.

I've been a Fitbit advocate for more than a decade. I've loved my Versa Lite, but this will be my last Fitbit product EVER. I'm having the same problem as everyone else - it won't connect to my phone or computer, and it's been useless for days. I've never had a Fitbit tracker last more than 2 years and this is the last straw. I'm tired of throwing away money. I will be buying an Apple watch this weekend.
And yes, I tried every fix. More than once. I'm done.

I understand that there is a problem with the Versa syncing with the latest iPhone IOS update 13.6.1.
From what I have been told Fitbit is working with Apple to correct the non-syncing issue.

I just got a new samsung A71 phone and can't get my fitbit to sync. I am so frustrated right now. Maybe it's not compatible with new phones, but if so its ridiculous.

Since the recent update my Versa will not remain synced. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested on sites, including resetting, factory resetting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone X. It will sync for short periods but it falls out of sync and not re-sync.
Fitbit appear to have released an update that is not fit for service given the number of problems recorded on the Net - Although I can find numerous instances online of others having the same problem I can find nothing from Fitbit addressing or acknowledging it.
I've decided, after a few days and my nth attempt at syncing, to give up on Fitbit and find another maker who, hopefully, will give better customer service.
Fitbit not taking ownership of this problem ignore that existing customers with a Versa are unlikely to buy new/updated products in the future as they lose confidence in the brand and will not risk further purchases!

Hi I have performed all of these steps and my versa 2 is still not syncing after an update last night. I'm ready to give up on it. What can I do?
