I have been having several issues w/my Fitbit Versa. Versa will not keep accurate time, constantly having to shutdown Versa, and not getting notified of notifications.
I have noticed over the last several months my Versa will not keep accurate time. I have had to re sync my versa (app use to have the option for sync all day, but that seems to have changed) each time this has happened, which is a pain considering I would like to know the correct time. I would like to be able to rely on my watch to provide the correct time when needed, need to get to work on time. I have changed to time zone from set automatically, and have lost time, and I have turned off the time zone set automatically and get the same results. On or off time still will eventually be incorrect.
I consistently have to shutdown my versa b/c when I finished charging my versa I would not get any notifications, call, text, or social medial notifications. It's really aggravating to restart my Fitbit after each charging session just to get notifications. Granted I would then get notifications again, but should not have to due that considering the money I paid for the Fitbit.
I have recently started having issues w/my Fitbit vibrating w/my notifications, but if I pull the screen down the notification is there.I have tried shutting down my fitbit, disconnecting from blue tooth, restarted my phone and the app w/no change. I hope someone can help w/the issues I am experiencing.
