Screen Wake not working

When I turn my wrist to check time or just look at my watch it doesn’t open up I have a versatile

Hi @Bignette. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm glad that you have the Versa Lite and let me help you with your inquiry. While the screen should turn on when you bring your watch to a viewing position, I'd recommend to double check if the Screen Wake setting is enabled. To do this, from the clock screen on your Versa Lite swipe to the left, tap on Settings and scroll down to find Screen Wake. Make sure it's set to Auto (Motion).
