Versa not syncing and now black screen

Weds - sat my versa would not sync I had unpair it with my app and then add as new watch again. Then yesterday evening it went black, I thought the battery had died but despite charging the screen is still black. The green light on HR monitor still works and it vibrates when I get a call/message so its alive but the screen is black? Tried resetting and have cleaned and charged

Hi @Etracey, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing and display issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
