Versa not syncing correctly to Challenges

Everytime i sync my versa it will sync everything besides syncing updates on my challenges..

I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Ive Unpaired and re-paired my versa, I've restarted my versa, I turned off and on my bluetooth. Help.
