I have been a Fitbit member for 4 years now, it seems like every 2 years I am having to get a new watch due to battery life.
since last week, I have had 100% battery life, going through the recommendation for charging through the app. And within 2 hours it’s at 0.
cannot even finish a run with out it dying, does anyone have any suggestion? I called customer support was on hold for 30 minutes then got disconnected

Hi @AveryS88 , with every older battery, it will loose power after a certain amount or recharging cycles, but to drain from 100% to 0% within two hours is abonormal, to say the least. Contact Customer Support again and ask for a battery test. Erik
