I got my versa on the release date and it seemed to work ok at first then it stopped syncing and I would have to restart it every morning to get it to sync with my phone. I’ve talked to customer service several times already. Lately I’ve been having more issues with the syncing and even when I restart it it doesn’t sync. When it does sync my steps the heart rate, sleep and challenge won’t sync. It hasn’t synced in 2 days and it won’t even sync my steps now and now the time is incorrect. It is 21 minutes off! That is the first time that has happened. I contacted customer service but it says it can take 2 days to get a response. Can anyone help me please! Thanks
