So my Fitbit is syncing and I can see my steps on my dashboard but no steps are appearing in any challenge screens?

Mine does it occasionally and it can on occasions take half an hour or so for the challenges to ‘catch up’

My Versa is not syncing in workweek hustle - I have tried everything - turning on and off, turning iphone on and off, deleting app and reinstalling app, turning bluetooth on and off - this is extremely frustrating - when I called customer service they were NO HELP AT ALL!
